We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels.



To return an item, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail the item to the address we provide you in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.



For defective, damaged or wrong products, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



After receiving your return, we will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and we will process your return or exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
